I cant link my account but my account is disabled i dont know what to do....

Im not getting help from anywhere and i havent been able to play online since college football came out. I havent played online on an ea game since the last college football was out in 2014. So i have no idea how my account was disabled. I keep getting this message .... i dont know what to do....
