i don't have email acess anymore, because it's old

What could I do to change the email address for this account? I have access because to my Xbox account that was logged in when I created this account, but I would like to change the email, as I no longer have the possibility to change my password, my email address, or anything...if that doesn't possible, is possible to transfer the data from this account to another? Since all my Battlefield console progress i think is through this account, I'm only talking about this now, as I didn't think I couldn't log in through my Xbox Live through an app like Steam, I only discovered this now in the Battlefield 6 Open Beta.
