Hey so my brother had a similar issue and there's another post just like yours out there too. Odds are you blocked the EA email domain outright in your email. If you go through your settings you should be able to find the list of blocked senders and find EA in there. Which service do you use? Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
Thanks for the answer, but I also checked this option right away. This problem has been going on since 2016. It was just easier then to contact the administration to resolve this issue. Only after a conversation and confirmation of the data, the administrator could send me a letter and only then did I start working independently, but this is only enough for a certain time.

It doesn't hurt to double check with a fresh set of eyes. Who's your email provider here so we can double check where the filter is?

@ukr.net is my email provider. This is the Ukrainian email service.

Additionally, I provide a response from the mail service administrator:
— "To analyze the reason why the letter was not delivered to the mailbox, we ask you to request the following information from the administration/support of the service (site) from which you did not receive the letter: "Please provide: 1. A fragment of the SMTP session log with data on the delivery of the specified letter; 2. The IP address of the mail (sending) server." -- Sincerely, User Support @UKR.NET"In the telephone conversation, the answer was also received that it does not block anything from EA. And for accurate information they need the information described above.
