I don't see the answer from EA support

I created a ticket, and it’s already closed, but I can’t see any response. I also didn’t receive anything by email. I wanted to contact live chat support, but that option disappeared for some reason. What should I do? This ticket system is so confusing.

    Hey Lawliet95​ any reply would have been sent to the email associated with the EA account,

    Have you checked your various folders for it?

    I did it and it says "Connecting you to an advisor..." and stays like that forever. I tried to wait many hours but nothing. I still didn't get answer in email either.
