Thank you for your reply Darko. I have initiated a complaint based on the assistance provided by the consultant, but I don't know why I cannot see my complaint record. I have tried to initiate a complaint multiple times, but it shows that the consultant does not support this issue.

There is no other way to appeal a ban.
