I have been charged twice for the same pack I ordered

I have been charged twice for the same pack to be downloaded and it has not been rectified

    If you're seeing a duplicate charge on your EA account, we'll need the live support team to review your billing information and get a refund processed for you- here on the forums we don't have access to your account details to submit a refund.
