I keep getting the same email saying the ban stays in place

For some reason I’ve been banned for coin distribution witch is strange as only coins I’ve earned is from play I got in packs so I’m wondering will the transfer ban carry on to ea fc 27 as I’ve preordered ea fc 27 ultimate edition an I don’t want my money to go to waist of it carry’s over
