I lost my email

Recently I want to play FIFA 24 which I once bought on Steam and played for some time before that. When I downloaded the game and opened it, I was supposed to receive a confirmation code to my email address, but the code didn't come, although I looked at all your email addresses. I can't even find out what the full address was there, because I have a lot of similar ones, and half of the address is hidden with asterisks. How can I play if I don't have access to the address I had then?
