I NEED HELP- BAN

HOW TO KNOW IF THE BAN IS FOR 7 DAYS OR FOR EVER?? SOMEONE PLAYED MY ACCOUNT AND EA SUPPORT DONT WANT TO REMOVE THE BAN PLEASE HELP

You should also be able to see the length of the ban by signing into the EA Help site and checking "My Ban History", if you can't find the email.
