I need help

Hello! So I've taken a break for about a year from The Sims 4 and i recently wanted to come back. Problem is that the email i have linked to my account has been deactivated by Yahoo(worst mail company i swear). I know the email and the password for my account, but i cannot acces it due to a verification email I cannot access. Does anyone know what I can do? I invested a lot of time and money into the game and I can't just lose everything.

    When you set up login verification for the first time, the backup codes are displayed on the screen with directions to write them down should you need them in the future. These codes are there to help you if you can't access your email or receive the verification codes for some reason. You can use them to log into the EA account and again to update the EA account information to an email you can access. 

    If you didn't write them down at the time, then Loomeh25​ is correct, you'll need our support team's help to recover access to the account. Click this link to get in touch with the support team, and they'll do their best to get you back into your EA account.

    I'm popping in to see how things are going with you! Were you able to use your Backup codes to update your account info? Or did you get through to our support team using the custom link I shared for more help?
