    When you set up login verification for the first time, the backup codes are displayed on the screen with directions to write them down should you need them in the future. These codes are there to help you if you can't access your email or receive the verification codes for some reason. You can use them to log into the EA account and again to update the EA account information to an email you can access. 

    If you didn't write them down at the time, then Loomeh25​ is correct, you'll need our support team's help to recover access to the account. Click this link to get in touch with the support team, and they'll do their best to get you back into your EA account.
