I need support, but not like this.
Hi. I have a problem that prevents me from using my account, that I need EA to untangle. It's a sensitive matter and involves personal information that I'm not about to disclose here, but I can find absolutely no way to call or chat with anyone at EA. I need a non-public way to discuss this with an EA account rep. I opened two "cases" that demand that I resume them, but when I click that, it drops me back at a FAQ. I can't reply to the case emails.
tl;dr: I have a legal demand of Electronic Arts Inc. that needs to be addressed Not Here. EA, are you listening?
