I need to delete this EA Account, but I cannot find where to do this.

Someone opened this account using my email address. I have gone through the trouble of changing the password and now I would like someone to delete it. After reading all over this website, it seems I cannot delete an EA account without consulting with an advisor, but there isn't any way to contact said advisor...

I am writing here because I literally can not send in a ticket anywhere else on this website.
