This is an issue on their end. I have logged into my EA account as well as my xbox account. The account showed linked on my xbox side. The EA side is giving me an error to reset my password. I did so, and it still will not work. I have an open case with EA to get this resolved. But the chat shows over an hour to wait, no phone number. Nothing. I am seeing other posts about this as well. EA NEEDS TO FIX THEIR SYSTEM TO BE MORE SEAMLESS.

Were you able to successfully reset your password? What error popped up when you tried? If you can reset your password, your email will be updated on your EA account as our EA Help guide shares:
This means your EA account has expired and has been disabled, usually because of inactivity. To fix it, find the right email you used for that EA account and reset your password.
