I really want to delete my EA account.

I've been trying to contact EA tech support for months now. Every time I create a ticket, it immediately closes by itself, without explanation.

This is what the ticket page looks like Right after the request is created.

In the screenshot, I showed what the request page looks like immediately after it is created. And so it has been for many months. I've even tried different computers, but the result is always the same.

I will answer one question in advance:
Q: Have I tried clicking on the "Resume case" button 
A: Yes, I tried, but there is no result.

    When you click on the Chat Now option, it should show a pop-up with the chat. If this pop-up is not appearing, please try disabling any pop-up/ad-blockers on your browser. Alternatively, you can also try using the browser in incognito mode or try a different browser.

    Hey there, 

    I'm sorry to hear you've been having problems to delete your account. When trying to create the help ticket, do you see an option to start a chat?

    Hello!

    This is the creation of a chat. After "creating a chat", he shows me a message about the created case and its number. Then everything is as I described above: the case immediately closes and an attempt to resume does not give any result.

    You're right! The Ea help website is working strangely, but when I allowed pop-ups, the chat opened! Thank you for your help. I would not have guessed about such a peculiarity of the EA help website.
