I updated my STEAM email I use, but forgot to update my EA account as well. This was a long time ago but I still need to resolve this issue. I have tried multiple times to CONTACT EA SUPPORT through human means with zero luck. I dont know if they even have that kind of support? I have no access to my very old email i deleted long ago that i used for my STEAM login. I cant remember it as well. we are talking 5 to 10 plus years when I was 18 years old. Does anyone know how to solve this or get in touch with EA? I tried even social platforms and they always tell me to try here or use the automated bot. Neither of those are helpful at all and i feel so frustrated because I finally got some EA games on my STEAM account that I want to play. But it wont let me login because of it being under an old account.

When reaching out to support consider using the email option. It may take longer, but they should be able to assist you.
