For the deactivated account, you can try resetting the password for that account, as that might help re-activate it.
If these steps don't fix your problem, it’s important to contact EA Help again, as they are the only team with the tools to assist with linked account issues and account deactivation.
I’ve done as much self help as possible and my only option is to contact support - there’s no way to email them with my issue?
its just such a pain that I waited so long to get an inactive agent.
