There was a problem with my account. I submitted complaints and sent an email, but no one responded or sent me any email. I want to know how long I will have to wait because I want the problem resolved quickly.

Thank you for your reply, but I have another question. I've sent numerous block requests and emails using the correct method, but I haven't received any responses. I need a quick solution and response before the end of this week.

Is the issue with your account related to the ban/suspension you mentioned here: I want to make a petition. My account has been blocked and suspended
If it is about your ban/suspension, could you make sure you're following the steps for mobile players to send in a ban appeal? They are a bit different from PC players. These are the steps:
- Open the webform.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit.
- Then select Email us.
