Impossible to Contact Support?

Hello,

I am having an issue connecting to the servers of a game I recently purchased, and according to replies on forums by official EA support I need to be able to contact a real customer support representative to fix it.

Problem is, they have made it completely impossible to contact support. I have tried giving the chatbot my real issue, and it takes me to useless support pages. Same happens when I use the contact form. Every time I click on the option to talk to a "support ambassador" it says my issue isn't supported by them.

I've tried googling how to actually get in contact with them, such as setting my issue to "compromised account" or "change account settings" but all roads lead to Rome: "This issue isn't supported by advisors!"

So what can we as customers do to get help? There is no email, there is no phone number, there is only a bot that deflects you away with non-answers and worthless information. How do I get in contact with a real live person? Do they even exist anymore?

Sorry for my rant, but getting support has been an extremely frustrating experience.
