Impossible to recover my password

Question

Hello, I have reached out to you in every possible way. Social media, email that doesn't work anymore. There is no phone line. I am appalled by the lack of respect for people who buy your games.

I haven't played for six months, and my credentials are no longer valid. I have tried to recover the password with both procedures, getting a code to my email, to my phone... nothing happens.

Can you please advise me on how I am going to get a new password so I can actually play the games I have paid for? Is there any way to get actual support from you?

If you're not getting any verification emails or texts to update your login information, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
The steps on&nbsp;this page would typically help you update that information, but if those verifications haven't been appearing it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option or by creating a new case here. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.&nbsp;
