Inappropriate Ad Content in Game
I’ve been playing Real Racing 3 since the day it was released and was a RR2 and RR player before that.
In this time I have watched many in-game ads to earn currency, speed-up repair times, etc.
Starting on Monday, Sept 7 I began receiving in-game ads served up by Google Ad Services for a film distributor named Kino Lorber for a documentary film on Leni Reifenstahl. She is the filmmaker and propagandist who documented Adolph **bleep**’s rise to power in the documentary “Triumph of The Will”.
The ad prominently shows Nazi symbols - Swastikas, Goose-stepping soldiers giving Heil **bleep** salutes, **bleep** smiling and saluting.
This is totally disgusting, offensive, outrageous and completely unacceptable. Do you not screen your advertisers and their content?
I feel it is beyond outrageous that this disgusting imagery is being presented in Real Racing 3 ads. Nazi imagery being presented in a game where many players are children, descendants of victims of genicide or of groups persecuted and slaughtered by this regime is beyond inexcusable.
Especially in light of the rise of neo-Nazi groups and their propaganda of hate - EA by not conducting adequate due-diligence is essentially condoning this.
I would hope that EA performs adequate vetting and due-diligence on the companies/services that serve us the in-game advertisements that are streamed to us in the game. To have a Nazi themed ad is completely unacceptable.
Do better
