Issue with refund EA FC 27

Hello, I purchased EA SPORTS FC 27 through the EA app less than 24 hours ago and have already launched the game. However, the game does not appear in the Refund Tool, so I cannot submit a refund request.

I have tried contacting EA Help multiple times, but I cannot find any option to speak to a live advisor. The contact page keeps directing me to the same self-service options.

Could an EA representative please help me process my refund before the 24-hour window expires?
