Issue with support staff

Hi i recently reopened  Case #224542449 since im still missing my road to bf6 rewards, and the support agent told me i only reached rank 56, but then i showed proof of being rank 60 and that it was my profile level he was looking at and not the battlepass rank, after telling him this he proceeded to just leave the chat
