Issues Affecting Ultimate Team Gameplay (FC26) on PC

Dear EA Sports Support Team,

I am writing to report several issues I have been experiencing while playing FIFA Ultimate Team (FC26) on PC that are significantly affecting my gameplay experience:

Slow gameplay: Since yesterday, the game has been running very slowly, and this continues today, making matches frustrating.

Passing issues: Passes often do not go to the player I intend, instead going to a different player and giving possession to my opponent.

Player responsiveness: Some players do not react or move properly, allowing opponents to run through and score easily.

Defending problems: It is extremely difficult to stop opponents from breaking through my defense, making defending feel unresponsive and inconsistent.

These issues are severely impacting my enjoyment of the game. As a regular PC player who values a fair and smooth gameplay experience, I am concerned that these problems are affecting my interest in continuing with FIFA Ultimate Team.

I would greatly appreciate it if your team could investigate these issues and advise on any possible solutions.

    Dear EA Support Team,

    I’m following up regarding the serious gameplay issues I reported two days ago on FC 26 for PC. Unfortunately, I’ve received no response so far, and the situation has actually gotten worse.

    At this point, the game is completely unplayable across all modes — severe lag, stuttering, and constant gameplay breakdowns. It’s been this way for several days, making it impossible to enjoy or even participate in Ultimate Team or any other mode.

    This is very disappointing, especially considering my high-end system specifications:

    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

    GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT

    With this setup, FC 26 should run smoothly without any performance problems. Yet, it performs far below expectations, and there has been no communication or update from EA addressing the issue.

    I need to know:

    Whether this is a widespread issue affecting PC players or specific hardware configurations.

    If EA is aware of the ongoing performance problems and what steps are being taken.

    When we can expect a fix or official response.

    As a paying customer, I find the lack of acknowledgment and action completely unacceptable. I’ve invested money and time into FC 26 Ultimate Team, and right now, it’s unplayable. I strongly urge EA to investigate and provide an immediate update or resolution.
