Issues with linked account not being accessible

issues with my linked EA account to my PS5, my PS5 is linked to an EA account I don't have access to, I'm not sure if it was previously hacked, every attempt at trying to resolve this has failed including adding a new EA account. I have done all my research and believe i need someone at EA to unlink my account Ollie_114 from it's current EA account. The wait is 5 hours for a chat and my emails have gone unanswered! hoping for a bit of help. To add everything I try to sign in both options do not work as I cannot input a different email on battlefield 6 beta.

    Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Just to clarify, we're unable to make account changes here on the EA Forums. I understand it’s frustrating, especially with the long wait times on the EA Help website.

    The delays are due to a high volume of contacts, but EA Help is the only team that can assist with account recovery and email changes. Please try reaching out to them again via https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/ .
