Issues with linked account not being accessible

issues with my linked EA account to my PS5, my PS5 is linked to an EA account I don't have access to, I'm not sure if it was previously hacked, every attempt at trying to resolve this has failed incl...

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Just to clarify, we're unable to make account changes here on the EA Forums. I understand it’s frustrating, especially with the long wait times on the EA Help website.

The delays are due to a high volume of contacts, but EA Help is the only team that can assist with account recovery and email changes. Please try reaching out to them again via https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/ .
