It will not let me link my PS5 to my old account.

I cannot link my PS5 to my account. I have one Email address that I use. How do I fix this problem? Im giving the PS5 every Code that is sent me.

Hey mkrmorgan03,

It looks like your EA account has already been linked to a different PlayStation account in the past. Is that true?
