I'm really sorry, but this just isn't something that's possible to do through the forums. Nobody here can access game accounts to make any changes. You'll need to keep trying through help.ea.com in this case, although contacting them through live chat is potentially more convenient than an email case.
I just used the following steps to get one on the EA Help site:
- Select the "EA Account" option from the list.
- Choose the "I want to delete my EA Account" support option.
- Chat should be an option (it showed me a 2 minute wait when I checked a moment ago).
The agent should be able to arrange for the account to be closed and your data deleted. I believe that the only time there is an issue is if there is an active ban on the account. The guide below may have some helpful information as well:
