Help - lost BOTH accounts and cant log ticket
I am trying to play NHL 26 with my son on PlayStation 5
I have had 2 EA account in my lifetime.
<removed account background info>
this is not my email and I do not have access to it, and it said the account was banned for violation of community standards. Clearly someone compromised my EA Account harris613.
I could however still log into my EA Account OneJunker with my email and password.
So, I contacted support via a ticket on my EA Account harris613 to get that one restored as it was tied to my PSN account.
The agent verified that I created the EA Account harris613 and it was tied to PSN Account JunkerOne. I explained that when the account was banned, I didn’t have a console or anything and asked to have it unbanned. She then asked for the info for my second EA Account OneJunker. I said it was tied to an email login, and gave her the info.
Next thing I know she switched the EA Account harris613’s email <removed details>, she did NOT unlink my PSN, and she put the fraudulent email on my OneJunker account. So now I can’t access EITHER (I cannot get the 2 factor code to a email that was made by the person who took my account).
The EA Account harris613 remains banned because someone tried to take it over and is attached to my real email, and I cannot log into OneJunker because they put a fake email as the primary email address that cannot be accessed.
I just want to play hockey with my son, this is nuts. Can anyone help me PLEASE??? I cannot even dispute anything with EA Account harris613 now, they sent me an email saying they were locking it for my security and that was weeks ago.
I am fine to use this new EA Account if I can unlink my PSN from the old one. Please please help. Its the only way I can spend time with my son while he lives with his mother.

Hey yafqpf8cceno,
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having just getting these accounts straightened out.
We are not able to make any changes to your accounts on the forums however, so it would be best to reach back out to the support team to work with another advisor there so they can review and make the necessary changes to get you back into your account. If an account was locked for security purposes, they'll just need to verify some account information with you before that can be unlocked, but again that's not something that can be done via the forums.
Please create a new case here to reach back out, or you can resume a prior case here to have another advisor take a look through this situation with you. Thanks for the patience while they're looking back into this.
