Community Managerbudzai If you can, please try using Google Chrome in Incognito mode. That will disable all plugins/adblockers, etc. Usually when you see a message saying that you will be connected to an advisor in a few minutes and you don't get connected after a while, it's because there's something preventing the chat pop-up to appear.
