    We're not able to help with account related issues over the EA Forums. You can open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here. They should be able to assist with this.

Hello, please, as this same thing happened to me, and I was only able to restore my primary email to account (through contacting chat on different account) and I am trying to dispute ban, but after several weeks I do not have any response - how long it took you to get the ban lifted or to have some response from help? Thanks
