Linked Accounts found when trying to connect XBox account

This is the message I find when trying to link my XBox with EA.  I don't recall ever having any other EA account and linking it to XBox as I only have just started using my XBox account for PC and PC Game Pass. I'm assuming that other "linked" account is disabled. I have tried to create another EA account but it takes me into loop holes saying the password for this new email doesn't match the account and suggests to change the password. So, for sh*ts and giggles I change the password only for it to say it doesn't have an account for this email. I tried every thing that Reddit and EA has suggested. I sent a ticket out to EA but when I logged into EA there are no tickets made. And suggests to open a ticket. When I click on that link it takes me here. 

The MagikGoddess638 XBox account is legit. That e% disabled EA account is not. And I have no clue how else to fix this. PLEASE HELP. I even looked on YouTube. ANY help is greatly appreciated!

    I'm having the same issue, support will most likely reply to this by saying the obv "it seems your account linked is disabled" ,mark it as solved and share a troubleshooting post which wont help. Good luck to all of us.

    I am having trouble reaching them. I was on chat hold for over 8 hours until they opened the chat at 4 AM this morning (when I was asleep, the request went out around 7 PM yesterday. Since I didn't answer, they closed the chat. Since then, I have been watching the chat request like a hawk and none of their chats come through. I only receive emails saying to rate my chat experience, at which time when I look at the case log I see they tried to chat with me multiple times throughout the day, yet my screen consistently said I was still waiting for chat, 99+. I have provided my email and phone number in the chat requests praying someone would use something other than the chat to reach me. I am over 24 hours since requesting the chat and have gotten zero support. This is beyond terrible support.
