Linked to someone else’s EA account

I just chatted with an agent and was pretty much told they cannot help me. They don’t have access to unlink someone else from your console. I was told the owners of EA have to do this. For some reason, I highly doubt this is going to become one of their priorities. I feel like my only option is to delete my PlayStation account and start from scratch. This sounds terrible because I’ve been collecting games on this account for over a decade. I have been playing EA games for just as long, and not one time have I seen the account my console is now linked to. I have been using the same email for gaming since I got my PlayStation, and this is just now happening. Either EA unlinks this random person from my console, or I have to delete my PlayStation account.
