linking accounts
I cant link my playstation account because its already linked to the original email account, i have the same playstation account with an updated email account, trying to get onto support to get this fixed with no response any help?

Going through same problem
apparently this can’t be fixed since they have a one time use linking policy? the only option is contacting support like you have unfortunately. though, im having the exact same issue as you are and I myself have now submitted a case twice to support, but they aren’t showing up in my history after submitting it
Same here having problems not being able to unlink old account, i can log in trough PSN because its on other mail but EA in old mail and can’t unlink it, tryed in past like 3 times allways ended talking to bots

going through the same thing ,iv find a work around but you don't got you old stats for games. if you have xbox there a feature were you can have a family account thing were you make another account and add the new account to your family on your xbox ,then all the games you have download with ea you can play but wont have your old stats ,play off your new account then switch between the accounts
only downloads and dice work not the cloud gaming thing!
dont have PlayStation so not sure if they might be a simply thing?
