This implies that an email address was linked to an EA account in the past and has since been made dormant due to inactivity. You can try requesting a new password for your active email accounts, as you should get an email if any of them have been linked previously. However, if that doesn't work, you will need to open a case at help.ea.com, as it's not possible to amend account details on the forum.
