Links to EA Account

I want to unlink my old PlayStation account and link it to a new one due to PlayStation's region restrictions on its accounts.

I have already tried to create a case on EA Help, but it doesn't even allow me to speak to EA Chat for this, it just says to refer to their self-service options.

Please let me know what I need to do to link my new PSN account.
