Live chat wait time

Heyyy umm can anyone help with explaining why the wait times for live chat is so long.. Seem like there's only ☝🏾 guy who works from 1:00pm to 1:01pm mountain time in Canada..

    with everyone wanting to play the BF6 beta, theres plenty of people now discovering issues with their accounts.

    EA have around 14,500 employees total.

    So likely the support team will be in their hundreds if that,

    Now the players are reaching over 500k meaning that if 10% have issues. 

    Its 50k issues they need to go through
