where/how do i access live support chat i cant find it

Ive been looking for 3 days... Account has been hacked and now banned so i cant play any EA games. Ive had to create a new temporary account to try to contact EA (after multiple messages sent online with NO response) and now cant find the live chat.
Such poor service
