the worst support ive been given by a company absolutely no help at all

I needed help to get my account back but evrytime i give the bot my info it keeps sending me to login which i cant do since i dont have access to the email of the account no more and i dont know the password to the account neither.

Please help me here ea.

    Hi BOBBYONONE​,

    Good, ok. Use the other email to log into the EA Help site for now. That should help you move on from the login stage with the chatbot. 

    Once you're chatting with a support agent, you'll be able to share the email on the account you need help with, and they'll do their best to help you recover the account and update the account information from there.

    i tried this five times already its safe to say im not getting the account back because whatever information they have clearly i dont have it,i tried to provide all the information i have correctly but they kept saying some of it is incorrect so yea.

    Could you be a bit more specific, as I'm not sure I understand? What exactly have you tried already? Using another email to log into the site?

    Apologies if I'm getting mixed up here. Based on this, it sounds like you have been able to reconnect with them. So you're not getting stuck in a login loop?
