Locked out of account, EA advisor called me a failure...

No I'll give it a shot. The fact that this forum and reddit are flooded with people having this problem and with all kinds of random links and crazy possible workarounds and that EA is doing nothing to fix this is mind-blowing to me. Corporate doesn't care which is obviously the root of the problem as their website indicates that they only want to communicate with stock-holders.
