Locked out of account

Hello 

I recently purchased EA Sports team and ask for me to login. It said I already had a EA account linked to my Xbox profile. I have no way of accessing this email nor do I remember much of any information linked with the EA account. All I have is my Xbox account I’m not sure how else to unlink my Xbox account from any account so I can start over. I keep being asked for information, but I don’t know what to give them. I’m trying my best I feel there has to be a way to unlink the account.
