Locked out of account

Hello 

I recently purchased EA Sports team and ask for me to login. It said I already had a EA account linked to my Xbox profile. I have no way of accessing this email nor do I remember much of any information linked with the EA account. All I have is my Xbox account I’m not sure how else to unlink my Xbox account from any account so I can start over. I keep being asked for information, but I don’t know what to give them. I’m trying my best I feel there has to be a way to unlink the account.

    If you don't remember the login details for your EA account, please contact EA Support, so they can verify your ownership of the account and help you access it again.
