Login Error - Support Chat Unable to Resolve After multiple Days

I am writing this because I am deeply frustrated and stuck. For several days now, I have been unable to log into the EA App. Every time I try, I get the "Login failed" error EC: 10001 (see attached photo).

​I have a large library of games that I have purchased over the years, and right now, I have zero access to any of them because I can’t even get past the login screen. I have already spent hours talking to multiple support representatives on live chat. They were unable to find a solution and eventually told me to "post on the forums" for help.

​Troubleshooting I have already completed:

Reset the Password Six Times Already

​Cleared the EA App Cache (App Recovery) multiple times.

​Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App.

​Ran the app and the installer as an Administrator.

​Synced my PC’s Date & Time settings.

​Checked my DNS and restarted my network.

​Since I have already done all the standard troubleshooting with your support team to no avail, I am looking for a Community Manager or specialist who can look into whether this is a deeper account-sync issue or a server-side block on my ID.

  • I have now attempted: manual cache clears (deleting 5Ikt folders), DNS resets, Proxy resets, Firewall restorations, and a Clean Boot. The issue persists across multiple accounts on this machine. This appears to be a deep compatibility issue with the current EA App build or a server-side block on my IP/Hardware. I am waiting for an EA representative to request my Error Report ID.
