Lost access to my Email linked to my ea account.

I lost access to the email originally linked to my ea account and would like to change it. I would like to change my email.
i saw that a live agent would be the best but i have had trouble accessing a chat room with them. what do i do please help.

    This stil does not work. I went to help. filled in the info for a case but it doesnt go anyware. it just takes me to the page asking to make a chat case open. it is pointlessly useless. please help. This case it not solved so dont mark it as such.
