Lost Access to OLD EA Accoutn

I’m currently unable to recover access to my EA account and need assistance. An EA Support agent asked me to complete the account recovery process by launching an EA game on my console and following on‑screen prompts to update my email, password, and phone number. However, these recovery steps do not appear on my console at all. I have tried this with Apex Legends and Jedi: Fallen Order, i do not own any Fifa games or Sports games made by EA so this is very difficult. I have all log-in credentials necessary other than access to my actual Gmail account and phone number where the verification codes are sent. As you can see below, i have access to my PSN account (which is linked to the EA account) and i am logged into Apex Legends without any trouble.
