Lost EA Account
Hello, my son was trying to log into his EA Account through his PlayStation login, and afterwards he had to get a code from an email he doesn’t know. Is there any way to prove that it is his account and change the email?

Hello. If the email on his account is not one he owns, it's possible the account was hijacked. You can find more information on this article for hacked accounts. Also, feel free to use the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of that page to contact an advisor. They should be able to assist with account related issues. Thanks!
