Madden refund
I have recently accidentally bought madden and when i try to get a refund it says i do not own the game but im still able to play how can i get my refund.

Here's how to use the Refund Tool:
- Open the Refund Tool.
- Log in to your EA Account
- Find and select your game.
- Select the reason for your refund request.
- Confirm your refund payment method.
- Select Confirm and submit to complete your refund request.
