Missing fc26 coins

Logged on to FUT today and noticed approximately 60k coins missing from account. 

Have started multiple discussions with EA support that keep getting disconnected & now it won't even let me start a support chat as it says issue not supported. 

Has this happened to anyone and any resolution to this ?
