Missing games...

Has anyone had this issue where ever since EA took over Origin that your games are missing?

I am missing 8 games (packs/kits) when i log into the EA and when i click play my sims its telling me that i dont own any of my 16 games. if i try to play my sims family it will be ruined sims it claims i dont have the games downloaded. 

this happened before and i was able to talk on the phone with the EA customer support at the time and they told me that i was not the only one to experience this and then shortly after that they did fix it. it had again and now the number that i called i cant find anymore and 9 times out of 10 i get directed to looking at the EA forums. so here i am.

i dont have any history for game codes to provide to redownload them either and that frustrating since the last game i purchased was the "for rent" and at that time that was the newest game out and that was 40.00 and i dont think its fair that i might have to repurchase my games...especially when some of the games that i have were gifts.
