Missing in Game Purchase content

Thanks for supporting Battlefield 6, and I’m sorry to hear that you’re still missing part of your Battlefield Coins after the purchase was confirmed by Microsoft.

If the transaction went through successfully, please allow at least 24 hours from the time of purchase. It can sometimes take a while for the purchase to process and for the content to appear in-game.

If it has already been more than 24 hours and you’re still missing the remaining 2,000 BFC, you’ll need to contact our support. We don’t have access to account or transaction details here on the forums.

If the automated assistant isn’t directing you to the right place, try selecting an account-related issue and then check the Chat with us option.
