My account got banned.

Hi, I've been playing Apex for years. My brother introduced the game to me when I was a kid, and I would always play even if I wasn't good, especially with friends. After a while, I would stop playing Apex but would force my friends to play with me once in a while. I played on Xbox and never had a problem. The last time I played Apex on my Xbox was last year, around June or July, before I started playing on my new pc. I had the urge to play Apex again, so I finally decided to play on pc. I tried signing in and got a message that I had locked my account. I didn't think much of it since I did change my password, but I also noticed some underlining on the screen saying penalty history. out of curiousity i checked it and saw i got ban! i was very confused because it said i was specificly ban for cheating?! im not sure if you can do that on xbox but i obviouly was not cheating, im genuinely buns. what's more confusing was that the ban was emplimented to my accont around oct. 23 2023; late time i played was summer 2026. i checked if it was the same account and it was. i sent out forms to request my account back but they all come back saying the ban was correct. im not sure if i got hacked or something but i know 100% is that i was never cheating and i just want my account back :( i miss all my mirage skins.
